Our activities and future planSince start of our organization in 1983, we have been able to create a body of young educated youth into a skilled working force, by Opening our own offices at district/ Divisional level, Linking communications with our own Transport System by extending special distribution/deliveries of documents and parcel at the remotest Upazilla/ Thana areas. Besides, we have been able to develop a sound IT System for controlling distribution of all our products and acquired reputation both at home and abroad.
With the expansion and development of courier sector, we have been able to expand our Business in other sector simultaneously creating group of companies with the addition of * Sundarban Marine Products, * Sundarban Express Transportation System (SETS), * Sundarban Washing Complex, * Mass Electronics Ltd., * Reliance Industrial and Trading Corporation Ltd. (A Taiwan-Bangladesh Joint venture project). Afterwards, with a goal of direct Participation in the field of creative Education Side by Side with the Govt, we have established “SANTO-MARIAM FOUNDATION”. This foundation since inception is playing a dominant role in Creating Skilled Manpower Providing Scientific and Techno-based knowledge of Education and have created a new dimension in the field of Modern Education Specially in the field of Designing, Fine Arts, Teaching of our folk culture and obtaining Higher Degrees through Distant Education System. To attain our goal a success, we have gradually established *“SHANTO MARIAM ACADEMY OF CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY”* “BANGLADESH INSTITUTE OF ART DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY” and lastly set up “SHANTO MARIAM UNIVERSITY OF CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY”. Moreover, we have plan in the long run set up more service oriented Techno-based organization creating more employment opportunity with skilled manpower for the development of country.
Foreign ServiceThis service is extended for the over-seas Bangladeshis who are working abroad and sending home remittance through Bank drafts/ cheques etc under this service. Specially Middle-East based Bangladeshis Bank drafts/ cheques issued from Banks/ Exchange houses are being delivered at the remotest rural areas by our 64 district offices to 464 Thana/ Upazilla and union areas by our own staff within 72 hours time. Besides, we are extending this over-seas service to 220 countries through International Courier World-wide within shortest possible time.
(I) General Booking service :
This service is extended under general Booking and delivery system.
(II) Express Booking Service :
This is a special type of booking & delivery done with special care at a higher charge.
(III) Super Express Booking Service :
This service is extended for Delivery within 8-24 hours in all District / Pourasova areas.
(IV) Value Declared Service (V.D) :
This service is extended on the basis of the Value Declaration of the goods / consignment. In case of any loss/ damage 80% of the declared value is payable on demand.
(V) Parcel Service :
This service is extended under fully secured Covered Van covering Divisional / District HQ and other important Thana areas/ Business center of the country.
